BAI HAO YIN ZHEN
Aiguilles d'Argent au Duvet Blanc
Province du Fujian
infusion 7 à 10 mins / eau 60°C
The fine imperial harvest contains only the tenderest buds (the pekoe), downy silver-green. After picking, the leaves are simply dried. This unique tea of the Fu Ding province is distinguished by its freshness and delicacy.
It is a clear liquor, pale yellow with traces of rose. When it is cold, it has the aroma of roasted chestnut and cacao; its finish in your month is a floral note of violets.
For the preparation of this tea, it's better a gaiwan a (lidded bowl), which you can find in our website « accessory » or you can just use a glass.
